Take Care Of Yourself This Easter

With the holiday season upon us (even though it be brief), it is more important to take eggstra care of ourselves. We have put together six ideas for how you could do this.

All you have to do is be prepared to feel even better:

  1. Drink water all day everyday: we are after all, made of 70% water. Hydration is key for great health and beautiful skin. You can spice up regular water by infusing fruits as well.
  2. Start your day the green way: a green smoothie or green juice does the trick!
  3. Exercise: endorphins will lift your spirit and immune system too.
  4. Relax: make time every day to cuddle up to your favourite book, have a warm cup of cocoa-or whatever keeps you cool and calm.
  5. Cook: how about finally trying that new, healthy recipe? You get in some me time, learn something new and eat healthier!
  6. Use Lavender: not only does Lavendar smell amazing, it tends to be soothing as well.
