This era was all about bold, rich and graphic colours. Unlike the 50’s, the style switched up to boxy shapes consisting of loose fitting clothes. Lucky for us, the shift dress is very in now. It’s both classy and comfortable and perfect for an office or weekend look.

These were the freedom times. There was a lot of mix and match of styles which is where the hippies and bohemian chic styles emerged. You can get on this bus today by picking outfits that have more earth tones and saying yes to fringe and tassels for your clothes and jewelry.
Fashion Tips From the 80’s
From ripped tights to oversized blazers, the 80’s was where was edgy punk. Monochrome outfits were also very popular back then and we are happy to report that they are still as fabulous now as they were back then. Borrow from the 80’s with ripped jeans and a cute top or opt to mix and match shades that are all in the same family such as a nude blouse and white top to stick to the monochrome look.

This was the Dungaree era, crop top and all things oversize. The oversized jeans were a big hit in the music industry with the likes of TLC styling them in different ways. The floral oversized dress was seen on almost all TV stars. Today, the oversized jeans now called mum jeans can be dressed up with a pair of heels; add on a choker and you move from 90s chic to 2018 amazing!
