Fashionably Warm

The sun is taking another trip away and it looks like we might have to prepare for the cold season again. Winter is here. And that means trying to figure out how to look stylish without freezing our bones off. How do you bridge that gap between functionality and fashion that every cold season seems to demand of you?

We found the rules to follow to find the perfect balance this June.

  1. Layering, layering, layering

It’s so important we had to say it thrice. You can never go with layering. Instead of picking one huge jacket or sweater, it’s always better to take on layers of clothing. That means a shirt, light sweater on top and a jacket or coat on top. That works better just in case the weather switches up and the sun comes out to play. That way you can adapt to different conditions.

  1. Cover your feet and hands

You lose most heat through your extremities. That means your hands and feet need proper insulation especially when you step out. So, break out those nice warm socks. Keep your hands hidden inside warm pockets or gift yourself some gloves.
