Let’s dive into this easy and playful Nala Noodles stir-fry that’s sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients:

1 pack of Nala Noodles

1 tbsp Rina Cooking Oil

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 small bell pepper, sliced (use a mix of red, yellow, and green for a colourful dish)

1 small carrot, julienned

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for extra flavour)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 egg (optional)

Sesame seeds and chopped spring onions for garnish

Directions:

Cook the Noodles:

Begin by boiling your Nala Noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prep the Veggies:

Heat Rina Cooking Oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and soft.

Add Veggies:

Toss in the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Flavour Time:

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey to the pan. Stir everything together, allowing the flavours to mix with the veggies.

Combine with Noodles:

Add the cooked Nala Noodles to the pan and toss everything together so that the noodles are coated with the sauce and vegetables.

Optional Egg Addition:

If you’re feeling adventurous, push the noodles to one side of the pan and crack an egg in the empty space. Scramble it until fully cooked, then mix it into the noodles for a rich and protein-packed twist.
