Ingredients:

  • 1 bulb of onion
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Rina Vegetable Oil
  • 1 sachet of Numi noodles

Procedure:

  1. Place the Numi noodles in a bowl and pour hot water to it, allow for about five minutes for the noodles to soften.
  2. Set your frying pan on fire, add sliced tomatoes, onions, fresh pepper and fry for five minutes.
  3. Sieve the Numi noodles and pour the water then add the flavour of your choice in the bowl. At this point, the noodles will be both soft and hot.
  4. Break the two eggs into the same bowl containing the noodles and stir together.
  5. Pour this mixture to the frying pan (containing the fried tomatoes, onions and peppers) and fry it.
  6. Cook and stir for five minutes. And right there, you have your Numi meal.

For most people, this treat serves best as breakfast. What would be your preferred time to take this meal? Remember #AnytimeIsNumiTime
