Meatball Recipe

We all enjoy meatballs either at home, at parties, or restaurants. So, it’s only fitting that we share a simple meatball recipe that you and your family will enjoy. It’s fun and delicious and you can get the kids involved especially where rolling of the meatballs is involved.

Meatball ingredients

  • 1/2 kg minced meat
  • 1/2 a cup bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 grated ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Cooking cubes
  • Rina Cooking oil
  • 1 big, chopped onion

How to cook meatballs

1. Place the minced meat into a wide bowl; add chopped onions, grated garlic, ginger, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix these ingredients with washed hands.

2. Add crushed cubes in the beef mix well till the ingredients are well mixed

3. Add beaten eggs and continue mixing until everything is evenly mixed

4. On medium heat, place the frying pan with Rina cooking oil

5. Mould the mixture into balls and roll it over the breadcrumbs until you achieve a firm ball. Continue mixing until all the balls are rolled

6. Ensure the cooking oil on the pan is hot enough before dipping in the meatballs.

7. Let them cook to golden brown on all sides before removing from the oil.

8. Place on a bowl with serviette to drain excess oil.
