It’s Noodle month, bet you didn’t know there was one?

If you didn’t know, now you know – it’s Noodle Month. Of all the intriguing questions, the Noodles and Spaghetti debate is one of the most fascinating.   

So, what’s the difference between Spaghetti and Noodles?  

Spaghetti is a type of pasta that originated in Italy and is made of milled wheat while Noodles are made of flour paste and originated from China. 

Noodles are generally eaten using Chopsticks while Spaghetti 

is eaten using a fork; whereas Spaghetti is salt-free, some Noodles contain salt. 

 Now that we know a bit of the history, let’s dive into a simple Numi Noodles recipe. It’s easy to prepare: 

  • Add Numi Noodles in 500ml of boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes 
  • Empty seasoning in a bowl 
  • Pour the cooked noodles into the bowl 
  • Stir thoroughly, sit back and enjoy 

Easy right? Your tasty treat done in 3 minutes. Better still they come in 3 delectable flavours: 

  • Bbq Chicken flavour 
  • Piri Piri Chicken for spice lovers 
  • Veg Mchuzi mix for veggie lovers
