A misheveve collabo, is that beautiful chaos where leftovers meet vibes and nothing is really measured. Here is how the results slap.
You’ll need:
- A handful of Misheveve, de-veined and chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp Rina Vegetable Cooking Oil
- Leftover beans
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or milk (optional)
Steps:
- Heat Rina Oil in a sufuria.
- Add onions and let them sizzle until golden.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft and saucy.
- Throw in your Misheveve. Stir like your life depends on it.
- Add beans or maize if you have them. Misheveve is about using what you’ve got.
- Add coconut milk or regular milk for creaminess (optional but extra).
- Season with salt, garlic, pilipili, whatever’s calling you from the spice rack.
- Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until tender. Serve hot.
