We don’t miss with Misheveve

A misheveve collabo, is that beautiful chaos where leftovers meet vibes and nothing is really measured. Here is how the results slap.

You’ll need:

  • A handful of Misheveve, de-veined and chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp Rina Vegetable Cooking Oil
  • Leftover beans
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or milk (optional)

Steps:

  1. Heat Rina Oil in a sufuria.
  2. Add onions and let them sizzle until golden.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and saucy.
  4. Throw in your Misheveve. Stir like your life depends on it.
  5. Add beans or maize if you have them. Misheveve is about using what you’ve got.
  6. Add coconut milk or regular milk for creaminess (optional but extra).
  7. Season with salt, garlic, pilipili, whatever’s calling you from the spice rack.
  8. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until tender. Serve hot.
